Our work and contribution in Tripoto.
Here's a brief description of our work with Tripoto.
Tripoto approached us when they were about to launch their website which they had just got done with some vendor in Hyderabad. There was just one problem though - The website just did not open. We were able to bring down response time from nearly 30 seconds to 2-3 seconds.
We implemented nearly all possible on-page SEO practices across the website, by structuring all user content in a way that can be semantically better understood by search engines. As a result, Tripoto saw a nearly 10x increase in traffic over the period of the next few months.
After the website was launched, we built many of the features which are used by Tripoto users now. Significant restructuring was done at the code level to cleanup and optimize the entire codebase and make it usable for new developers.
Where Tripoto stands now:
Tripoto raised seed capital from prominent angel investors that include the founders of Snapdeal, Makemytrip institutional investors, Outbox Ventures and Palaash Ventures.
In March 2015, the company raised another round of investment from IDG Ventures. In October 2015 Tripoto raises its third round of funds from IDG Ventures and 500 Startups.
Tripoto currently has over 1.5 million registered users.
