One Platform to End the Tug-of-War Between Sales Channels
Amplicomm Solutions Private Limited is an omnichannel e-commerce service provider that helps brands scale online through SEO, social media brand building, performance marketing, and website optimization. Founded in 2021 with teams in Bangalore and headquarters in Pune, Amplicomm builds a smart engagement platform and tailored business strategies so merchants can centralize sales channels, get real-time insights, and improve conversion and retention. Their core aim is to remove channel fragmentation and give teams unified KPIs, inventory visibility, and a personalized interface that supports both B2B and B2C workflows.

What we built?
We delivered end-to-end UX and product strategy to shape a scalable omnichannel platform that unifies website and mobile app experiences with centralizing orders, inventory, campaigns and analytics. The program combined deep qualitative research (70+ interviews — 60 external, 10 internal over 15 days), competitor benchmarking and thematic analysis to define problems and a prioritized roadmap. Outputs included research reports, detailed user personas, empathy maps, journey maps, seven process workflows (As-Is and To-Be), ecosystem maps, and interactive prototypes. We designed a default KPI dashboard, AI-driven forecasting modules, channel connectors and collaboration tools (internal chat, channel notifications, self-target setting and tracking). The final handoff included high-fidelity screens, integration requirements and an implementation roadmap focused on improving sales, tightening inventory accuracy and enabling data-driven planning across teams.
We mapped the entire ecosystem, identified missing connections, and prioritized a roadmap that addressed both immediate bottlenecks and long-term scalability. Throughout, we tested ideas using interactive prototypes and validated flows with users, ensuring every feature—from the KPI dashboard to AI forecasting—fit real business goals. AI Insights and Forecasting: We developed an AI-driven forecasting module that analyzes historical data, KPIs, and market trends to provide actionable predictions. The system highlights demand fluctuations, identifies underperforming channels, and flags potential risks. Internal Communication Tools: We designed a personalized interface with built-in communication tools to meet the client’s need for direct collaboration. Teams can chat, set alerts, assign tasks, and receive channel notifications all within the platform. This reduced reliance on external apps and improved response times, fostering smoother workflows and more efficient team communication across sales, marketing and operations.
Self-Target Setting & Tracking: Amplicomm’s self-targeting feature empowers teams to set goals for sales, campaigns, and inventory accuracy, then track progress in real time. By visualizing performance against targets, individuals stay accountable and motivated. This proactive approach aids strategic planning, resulting in faster decision-making and ensuring business objectives are met with precision.
Seamless Channel Connectors: Amplicomm’s seamless channel connectors unify multiple marketplaces and social platforms into a single interface, eliminating the need for repeated logins and manual updates. Orders, inventory, and campaigns sync automatically across all channels, reducing errors and saving time.
Advanced Inventory Accuracy: To tackle inventory challenges, we interviewed inventory managers and included targeted questions in our questionnaire, uncovering that 35% of teams struggled with stock mismatches and inaccurate updates. Personalized Workflows: Through mapping As-Is and To-Be workflows, we identified inefficiencies and role-specific needs across teams. Amplicomm’s personalized workflows let users tailor dashboards, reports, and processes to their goals, transforming outdated procedures into streamlined operations.
Ecosystem Mapping for Growth: Using an Ecosystem Map (or Actors Map), we visualized Amplicomm as a connected system, showing marketplaces, logistics, payments, and compliance providers. This mapping highlighted relationships, clarified scope, and assessed strategy effectiveness. By accounting for every actor, brands can seamlessly integrate third-party services, streamline operations, and scale without disruption.
Data-Driven Decision Support: Through our UX research, we identified that merchants struggled to get actionable insights from static reports. We designed to surface real-time data—campaign performance, inventory gaps, and supply chain bottlenecks, so managers can act proactively.
Empathy-Driven Design: We created 20 detailed empathy maps from 70+ user interviews to uncover real user frustrations, motivations, and needs. These visualizations helped the team deeply understand users’ perspectives, guiding every design decision in Amplicomm. By focusing on authentic experiences, we addressed actual pain points, making the platform intuitive, relevant and genuinely user-centered.
Strategic Planning Support: We delivered advanced AI-driven forecasting and personalized dashboards to help leaders plan for long-term growth. Internal team chats and the self-target setting feature enable better collaboration and data-informed decision-making across teams.
Process Transparency: Our workflow mapping highlighted dependencies and potential bottlenecks, giving teams clear visibility into operations. This improved transparency helped reduce delays, streamline order management, and ensure campaigns ran more efficiently.
