What is Kleverkid ?
Kleverkid is an ed-tech platform created for modern indian parents who want to give their children the best learning experiences outside school. Whether it was a chess class, coding camp, or math tutor, Kleverkid brought it all together in one place. The platform lets users search by location, age, and subject, showing useful info like class timings, fees, and reviews. It wasn’t just for parents either; activity providers could list their offerings and grow their presence. It truly believes in helping raise confident, curious, and “klever” kids.
What we built?

We built Kleverkid as a smart, parent-first platform using our web development expertise to make discovering extracurricular programs simple. Every feature was shaped to simplify decision-making, from the initial search to final booking. Whether a parent is looking for weekend dance classes or afterschool math tutoring, Kleverkid makes it fast, clear, and reliable. We developed detailed program listings with schedules, fees, photos, and real reviews. Kleverkid bridges the gap between choice and clarity. It’s a platform built to grow with every learner and empower every parent to make the Klever choice.
The Platform Behind Every Klever Choice
Search & Discovery: We designed the search to feel quick and helpful for parents—filtering by age, location, and interest. The goal was simple: show the most relevant results fast, no matter how many listings were on the platform.
Program Listings: Every program listing was built to clearly show the info parents care about—photos, timings, fees, and who’s teaching. We made it easy for activity providers to update their content, and for the site to reflect changes right away. That way, parents always saw accurate, up-to-date details when making a decision.
Schedule & Booking: Booking a class feels as smooth as ordering food online. Parents could view available time slots and sign up in just a few taps. We added checks to prevent double-bookings and made sure confirmations were instant. It saved time for both families and the trainers running the classes.
Institute/Academy Pages: Each institute had its own page that brought everything together; programs, timings, reviews, contact info, and more. We set it up so that once a provider added their details, the page was ready to go. If something changed, it updated automatically everywhere it needed to. No messy back-and-forth.
Ratings & Reviews: We wanted parents to trust what they saw, so we built a simple but strong review system. Only real bookings could leave a rating, and reviews helped highlight great programs. It wasn’t just about stars; it was about building confidence through honest feedback and giving providers a way to stand out.
Provider Tools: To help tutors and institutes manage their listings, we built an easy-to-use dashboard. They could add classes, reply to enquiries, update info, and track bookings without needing any tech skills. It gave them control over their presence on the platform and helped them grow their business online.
Mobile-Friendly UX: Since most parents used their phones to browse, we made sure every page worked perfectly on smaller screens. Buttons were easy to tap, pages loaded quickly, and nothing felt cramped or confusing. Whether someone was on a desktop or a basic phone, the experience stayed smooth and clear.
