What is Paisabazaar ?
Paisabazaar is a virtual debt syndication service plus the business-support system of banks and financial institution. It is a marketplace for loans and credit cards and offers a complete spectrum of lending and investment products for retail customers. Paisabazaar is working with over 60 partners that include India's leading banks, NBFCs, and mutual fund houses with operations that span over 250 cities across the country and offer more than 100 financial products.
Paisabazaar.com has worked extensively on futuristic technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning. It will help identify customer needs more accurately, factoring in their lifestyle and life-stage, and will expedite the processes on the Paisabazaar platform through further automation and digitization, in line with its philosophy of creating ‘paperless’ and ‘presence-less' processes.
What we built?
Paisabazaar UI & SEO Improvement
Paisabazaar understood the importance of a user-friendly experience in the competitive Fintech landscape because of their falling CRO. Their previous UI, however, presented challenges with navigation and clutter, making it difficult for users to find what they needed. To address this, we implemented a comprehensive strategy that included a UI overhaul. This redesign prioritized clean layouts and intuitive navigation, ensuring a smoother user journey. Additionally, we optimized the platform for search engines (SEO), significantly boosting its visibility. The project's success was evident – Paisabazaar witnessed a double-digit growth in traffic, demonstrating the positive impact of these improvements.
UI/UX Revamp
The entire user experience to help people navigate credit card options with confidence was revamped. This included resolving issues related to accessing credit card information and streamlining the application process. Additionally, we introduced engaging widgets like a "credit card approval meter" to visually represent the probability of getting approved for a particular card. By prompting for credit card information at a more relevant point in the user journey, we created a more intuitive and efficient experience.
Paisa On Demand
Paisa On Demand is a revolutionary credit line product designed to give you control over your finances. Unlike traditional loans, you'll receive a pre-approved credit limit based on your eligibility. The best part about POD is that you only pay interest on the amount you actually use.
Interactive Chatbot
The new innovative approach instead of having users fill up lengthy forms. An interactive chatbot always solves multiple problems at once. Going with the same thought, the "Paisa On Demand" chatbot was designed and developed which collected all the relevant information and does verification as well. It's very easy and user-friendly to navigate, far away from any cumbersome financial terms, and responds quite fast.
