Secure Login & Onboarding: We designed the authentication and onboarding experience to balance enterprise-grade security with effortless usability. The login flow was made to feel smooth and intuitive, without the clutter of lengthy information. By focusing on clean design, we ensured stakeholders could step into the platform quickly and confidently, ready to start tracking emissions without security concerns.

Welcome Experience: First impressions matter, so we shaped the welcome screen to reflect Accacia’s vision of making sustainability simple and actionable. Our design approach introduced guided steps, interactive prompts, and intuitive workflows, so new users could instantly understand dashboards, tools, and navigation.

Company Dashboard: The company dashboard is created as a visual command center, where decision-makers can see company-wide sustainability performance at a glance. The design consolidates emissions, assets, and KPIs into an interactive, visual-first layout. Instead of dry numbers, users get real-time insights and trends that support informed, strategic decisions.

Scope-Wise Emissions Insights: To cut through the complexity of Scope 1, 2, and 3 reporting, our design presents emissions in a scope-focused, digestible format. We visualized data in a way that makes hotspots and reduction opportunities easy to identify. The experience was built to go beyond compliance — it helps leaders see where change matters most.

Emission Performance Dashboard: Sustainability is a journey, not a snapshot, so this dashboard was designed to highlight change over time. It captures patterns, peaks, and progress with time-series visualizations, turning static reports into living stories of improvement. The design wasn’t just about showing data; it was about motivating action, making it clear whether efforts are paying off or if course corrections are needed.

Asset Dashboard: Each property in a portfolio tells its own sustainability story, and the asset dashboard was built to surface that narrative. It zooms into emissions, performance metrics, and spatial data for each site, letting managers compare one building against another. Instead of treating assets as anonymous units, the system gives them individuality, ensuring sustainability efforts are tailored and targeted, not one-size-fits-all.

Asset Update & Details: Keeping sustainability data current is critical, so this module was engineered for flexibility. Assets can be added, updated, or modified without breaking workflows. Each asset profile pulls together emissions, compliance, and usage into a single record. Designed this way, the system ensures data integrity and accuracy, making every sustainability report trustworthy, up-to-date, and audit-ready at any moment.

Resource Readings: Granular resource tracking is where small inefficiencies reveal themselves, and Accacia built this feature to make those insights visible. We designed it with date-wise readings of energy, water, and other resources, so businesses can spot patterns that would otherwise stay hidden.

Employee Compliance Dashboard: Sustainability isn’t only about buildings; it’s also about people. That’s why its system is extended to track workforce compliance. This dashboard captures employee-level data, training completion, compliance metrics, and participation rates, bringing accountability into the human side of climate goals. It’s not just a reporting tool; it’s a way to embed sustainability into culture, turning compliance into collaboration across the organization.
