What is Navigator ?
Navigator is a clean and modern HRMS built to save time and ease processes. One of the most important component of any organisation is the Human Resources Department, and there has always been a search of an effective HR Management System which comes with a user-friendly UI, and can also perform all the office processes under one platform. This is the exact problem which Navigator tries to solve.
Unlike other hefty and complex HRMS tools, Navigator provides a well-structured funtionalities with a very simple User Interface. Navigator comes packed with features like employee management, daily work reports, company holiday calendar, salary slip management and much more.

Employees, HR Department, Office Admin and Company Management can function, perform and maintain tasks together.
Navigator for Employees
Employees always need a consolidated portal where they can get all the relevant information under a single roof. A portal from where they can reach out to their colleagues by locating the employee directory, can submit their daily work reports, check company holidays, and find important documents in a single place. All of this comes under one roof with Navigator.
Navigator for HR
Navigator comes with all the possible HR management functionalities to smoothen all the HR activities and processes. Be it, checking Work reports, keeping track of leaves, or managing Salary Slips, Navigator makes these tasks a child's play.
Navigator for Office Admin
Office Admins can perform all of their tasks including assets management (laptops, phones, cables, chargers, USB drives etc.), office staff management, employee onboarding formalities etc.
